Human Rights Commission to Investigate Army on Morong 43
Philippine Commission on Human Rights' Definition-Human Rights are supreme, inherent and inalienable to LIFE,Dignity and Self-Development.It is the essence of these rights that makes man HUMAN.
Human rights are INTERDEPENDENT because the fulfillment or exercise of one cannot be had without the realization of the other. The respect of human rights necessary includes the realization of man's dignity. An example is the right to LIFE and existence as a person. In addition, these cannot be realized without the right to WORK in order to maintain a good standard of LIVING.Ordinary legal rights can be exercised independently from the right to exercise a profession.
